When some Russian immigrants are murdered in a suburban Chicago cemetery, their families are slow to cooperate with detective Jack Reed (Brian Dennehy). Meanwhile, a mayoral candidate's staff pushes the department to drop a vehicular-homicide charge against his son. This well-crafted made-for-TV thriller also stars Peter Outerbridge, Anthony Zerbe, Susan Ruttan and Charles S. Dutton as Reed's boss.
