Disgraced Florida cop Jack Newland (Louis Mandylor) hopes to get a fresh start by joining the Las Vegas police force, and sets his sights on bringing down corrupt businessman Roy Murcant (Nick Mancuso), who has created a sprawling empire and plenty of enemies. Newland discovers that Murcant keeps two sets of accounting books, and that he isn't the only person who wants to find out where Murcant's money really goes.
