This film tells the story of the meteoric rise and untimely death of 1950s teen idol James Dean (Casper Van Dien) and his romance with Pier Angeli (Carrie Mitchum). The film also depicts Dean's often-tumultuous relationships with Hollywood greats such as Elizabeth Taylor, Ursula Andress and George Taylor. The all-star cast includes Robert Mitchum, Dianne Ladd, Mike Connors, Connie Stevens and Casey Kasem.
