World-renowned primatologist Jane Goodall makes her annual trek to Gombe National Park in Tanzania, paying a visit to the chimpanzee research station she's made famous. But since Goodall's last stopover, her favorite group of chimps have started a bloody revolution that's sent their former leader, Frodo, from the flock. As a determined Goodall searches for the lost Frodo, she muses over her emotional ties to her work.
