This biographical documentary chronicles the illustrious operatic career and final season onstage of British mezzo-soprano Janet Baker. Famous for her lush, expressive voice, Baker made her debut in 1956, and she continued to captivate audiences around the world until her retirement in 1982. Included are excerpts from her farewell performances at London's Covent Garden and the Glyndebourne Festival.
