Puja (Tusshar Kapoor) and Karan (Kareena Kapoor) love each other, but their fate is ruled by destiny and therefore out of their hands. In love since childhood, the couple may be consigned to remain apart -- a fate worse than death for these two romantic, star-crossed lovers. In a movie that conjures images of Romeo and Juliet, the big question is: Can this love story avoid the same tragic ending that waited Shakespeare's ill-fated duo?
