Inner-city numbers racketeer Pasha (Paul Harris) is riding high until Italian crime boss Big Tony (Frank DeKova) tries to muscle in on the action. Soon Pasha discovers there's a rat in his organization and turns loose his enigmatic hit man to take care of business. But nobody's going down without a fight, and that's the problem. Bill Brame directs this 1974 blaxploitation film that also stars Don Edmondson and Frances E. Williams.
