An investigative journalist and an illusionist join forces to solve crimes that defy logic in this BBC mystery series featuring the partnership of reporter Maddy Magellan (Caroline Quentin) and quirky Jonathan Creek (Alan Davies), who creates tricks for a renowned magician. Though vastly different, the two realize they can work together to crack perplexing murder cases. They soon find themselves confronting voodoo, time twists and extraterrestrials.
