This drama stars Desi Arnaz Jr., Robert Carradine, Anne Lockhart and Melanie Griffith as bored teenagers who leave L.A. behind for an Alaskan adventure. Excited about the prospect of building the Alaskan oil pipeline, the transplants soon realize the work is backbreaking and dangerous, and there's not much money in it. Looking for cheap thrills and some pocket money, the group embarks on a life of crime and soon has the police in hot pursuit.
