When Julian (Christian Slater) is stranded after his car breaks down in a small mountain town, the wary locals soon realize he plans to kill himself -- which happens to be the most exciting event to occur in their sleepy community in a long time. Their kindness helps pull Julian away from the edge, but will they be as nice when they learn he's backing out of his tragic decision? Robin Tunney plays a sympathetic villager in this quirky dramedy.
