Police lieutenant Jake Cornell ("Rowdy" Roddy Piper) is sent on an undercover mission into the heart of a forgotten urban wasteland known as Jungleground. When Cornell's identity is discovered by one of the ruling drug gangs, the gang's leader, Odin (J.R. Bourne), makes Cornell a deal -- he'll spare his life if he can make it out of Jungleground by dawn. Now, Cornell is caught up in a deadly and dangerous game of survival.
