Still recovering after being thrown by a bull named Sunshine, Junior Bonner (Steve McQueen) is on his way to a Frontier Days Celebration when he discovers that his family is in dire straits. Going against doctor's orders, Bonner challenges Sunshine once again so he can help his father's dream -- building a ranch in Australia -- come true.
