The notorious Dead End Kids and Little Tough Guys star in this 1940s-era serial as a group of delinquent airplane mechanics turned fighter pilots who band together to defeat a team of Japanese spies that has infiltrated the United States. Lionel Atwill gives a magnetic performance in this World War II epic as the Baron, the leader of the terrorist organization known as the Order of the Black Dragonfly.
