Hollywood's mean streets provide the backdrop for this direct-to-video drama about a young hustler named Switch (Thomas Jane). As their friend Jimmy (Channing Rowe) sits in stir charged with murder, Switch and his drug-addicted sister, Nikki (Jordan Ladd), try to gather enough cash to bail Jimmy out of jail. Determined to escape the streets' ugliness, Switch struggles to change things for himself and Nikki … but can he shake off his sordid past?
