Focusing on a dozen young lawbreakers, director Leslie Neale delivers an unblinking look at the juvenile criminal justice system. Among the offenders are a 15-year-old girl facing a manslaughter charge and a 16-year-old serving 35 years. Narrator Mark Wahlberg -- who experienced adult prison firsthand after being arrested at age 16 on an assault charge -- also served as the film's executive producer.
