Chaos and romance rule the day at a pair of hip-hop radio stations in this wacky double feature. In KHIP, upset Seattle citizens protest when a classical music station switches to rap, a format change that increases ratings but creates rifts between friends. And in High Freakquency, love unexpectedly blooms when two radio DJs (Marcus Chong and A.J. Johnson) band together against their unreasonable manager (John Witherspoon).
