Blowsy Blondie O'Hara (Jennifer Jason Leigh) is on the hunt for her low-life husband, Jack (Dermot Mulroney), who's been kidnapped by vicious casino kingpin "Seldom Seen" (Harry Belafonte). Addle-brained, Blondie in turn kidnaps a drug-abusing socialite (Miranda Richardson) and drags her around 1930s Kansas City while searching for Jack. Directed by Robert Altman, the movie features a superb jazz score from top contemporary artists.
