When Masutatsu Oyama (played by Sonny Chiba) wins the All-Japan Karate Tournament, he becomes renowned throughout the island nation. But adherents of traditional karate have a bone to pick with the new champ. Jealous of his abilities, they unite in an effort to banish Oyama -- who ignores their threats and continues training his way. Could a showdown be far off? Kazuhiko Yamaguchi directed this martial arts action flick.
