Soon after Vishal (Jeetendra) and Nisha (Mumtaz) fall in love and marry, the repercussions of an extramarital encounter threaten to tear them apart. When Vishal is severely injured in a car accident, the couple's savings dwindle. Desperate for money, Nisha approaches her boss (Manmohan), who offers to help -- but only if she'll sleep with him. With no other options, Nisha complies. But the events that follow haunt her, jeopardizing her marriage.
