Supermodel and fitness instructor Kathy Ireland presents five 12-minute workouts, one for each day of the week, designed to help you tone your abdominal muscles into a rock-hard sick pack in no time flat. Kathy begins each session with light stretching and warm-up moves, then leads each routine, some of which require simple weights. Monday's routine is appropriate for viewers of all fitness levels, and each day's program increases in difficulty.
