Dharmendra heads the cast as upstanding but tough cop Arjun Singh, who's tasked with tracking down and capturing a junkie loose on the streets of Mumbai -- and intent on defiling and murdering innocent young girls. Meanwhile, Arjun's carefree brother, Ajit (played by Govinda), goes in search of his boyhood sweetheart in this 1991 Bollywood yarn also starring Anita Raj, Hemant Birje and Sonika Gill.
