Jurek Kiler (Cezary Pazura) is a Polish taxi driver whose last name happens to mean "the hitman." When the police mistakenly arrest Jurek and accuse him of being an actual assassin for hire, the unfortunate cabbie must prove his innocence before it's too late. Director Juliusz Machulski offers this engrossing and hilarious tale that also stars Jerzy Stuhr, Janusz Rewinski, Katarzyna Figura and Malgorzata Kozuchowska.
