A struggling screenwriter (Andreas Wilson) gets something to write about when he joins a loony woman (Lolita Davidovich) on her way to kill her celebrity shrink at a Las Vegas book signing. Also in the mix are the doctor's other patients, including a hapless mobster (Fares Fares) and a suicidal transvestite (Alexander Skarsgård). Co-writer and director Björne Larson based his zany multicharacter comedy on actual events from his life.
