John Astin returns as the evil professor Mortimer Gangreen, whose experiments with mutant vegetables threaten the citizens of contemporary civilization. Now, mankind's only hope rests with an unlikely triumvirate: intrepid detective Lance Boyle (Rick Rockwell), glamorous tomato scientist Kennedi Johnson (Crystal Carson) and, of course, the lovable Fuzzy Tomato. But when Kennedi is captured by enemy produce, she could become their next meal.
