When a psychopath (John Karlen) rapes and murders six young hitchhikers in San Francisco, it's up to Detective DeCarlo (James Luisi) to stop him before he kills again. This gory police thriller follows DeCarlo as he pieces together clues that lead him closer to the killer. As the number of mutilated bodies rises, the killer's delight grows -- but so does DeCarlo's determination to bring him to justice.
