Constantly harassed by local gang members, geeky Michael (Jamal Grimes) invokes evil spirits to bring his clown doll Killjoy to life. A year after Michael's murder, Killjoy (Ángel Vargas) springs into action, eliminating the thugs responsible for his master's death. A trash-talking vigilante who lures his unsuspecting victims into his ice cream truck, Killjoy derives a lot of pleasure from the deaths he delivers.
