A serial killer is on the loose, targeting patients of psychiatrist Jill Kessy (Beverly Lynne) and clients of lawyer Alexander Hathaway (Charles Durning). The police are baffled by the twisted murderer, who's adorning the victim's bodies with tattoos postmortem. As Detective Barry Harper (Michael Paré) looks into potential suspects, the decorated -- and mutilated -- bodies continue to pile up in this bloody, sexy thriller.
