Having served 15 years in prison, a remorseful man (Tim Lovelace) scours the seedy underbelly of Los Angeles with his LAPD detective friend (David E. Baker) in search of his long-lost daughter (Maegan Stewart) in director Michael Kallio's modern-day urban drama. In a tale reminiscent of a spaghetti Western, the father's pursuit leads him to Koreatown, where he learns his daughter is caught up in an underground world of drugs and prostitution.
