An experienced former criminal (Gil Bernardy) and his petty heist cohort (Corbin Bernsen) are caught up in a high-tension standoff between angry mob hit men and relentless police when plans to convert a stash of $3 million in counterfeit bills to a cool million in real cash turns sour. As the doomed plot unfolds into blundering chaos, an undercover cop gets kills, prompting his sister to go on a rampage seeking vengeance against the murderers.
