Professor Bakshi (Rishi Kapoor) catches Tanya (Esha Deol) cheating on an exam. Afraid of failing, Tanya and her friend Karan (Tusshar Kapoor) plot to steal the test from Bakshi's home. But the plan derails when Tanya hits Bakshi with her car and leaves him for dead. Now, someone is stalking Tanya and her friends and killing them one by one. Is it Bakshi -- or someone else with an ax to grind?
