This comic anime series centers on the ups and downs of orphaned Chihiro Enomoto and his fellow freshman at Rikkyoin High School, who spend the school year campaigning for student government. Besides grappling with the election, Chihiro must deal with a smorgasbord of other issues, which includes love at first sight and a reunion with his childhood gal pal Ritsuko -- the reigning student council president -- who's become enamored of him.
