Shoalin monk Kwai Chang Caine (David Carradine) is well schooled in the spirit-mind-body ways of the priesthood by the blind, avuncular Master Po (Keye Luke) and the stern yet loving master Kan (Philip Ahn). As he wanders the American West armed only with his kung fu skills, those who encounter him find him to be a different kind of hero: One who speaks softly, but whose physical power is baffling. This innovative TV show ran for four seasons.
