Fusing fact, fiction and amazing visuals, this intriguing IMAX film envisions life on a floating space colony from the perspective of the Mori clan: father Yoshio (Dennis Akayama), mother Genevieve, 7-year-old Chieko (Rachel Walker) and her scientist grandfather (Colin Fox). All is idyllic until grandpa discovers the outpost's water supply is perilously low, sending Yoshio on a risky mission to redirect a comet containing a reservoir of ice.
