Nicholas Hytner stages this 1991 Glyndebourne production of "La Clemenza di Tito," a lesser-known Mozart opera that was originally commissioned in the 18th century in honor of Emperor Leopold II's coronation as king of Bohemia. English tenor Philip Langridge leads the cast as Tito, with American soprano Ashley Putnam singing the role of Vitellia and British mezzo-soprano Diana Montague performing as Sesto.
