Two unlikely souls collide in a twist of fate that will forever link them when a painter (Sergi Mateu) who's losing his eyesight encounters a young girl (Marisol Centeno) working as a maid at a brothel after being abandoned by her mother. Director Patricia Arriaga-Jordán (who received multiple film festival awards for the movie) expanded her short picture "The Ship to China" to make this feature-length drama about perception and the human spirit.
