While pleasure diving off the California coast, suave shamus Tony Rome (Frank Sinatra) discovers a beautiful (nude) blonde woman wearing "cement overshoes." Soon after, a local gangster hires Rome to find his girlfriend who's gone missing. Could the incidents be related? Not to worry, Rome's on the job. Co-stars Dan Blocker, Raquel Welch and Lainie Kazan; Gordon Douglas directs.
