A married restaurant owner in the throes of a midlife crisis, Barney Cashman (Alan Arkin) is itching for adventure -- and finds it -- in this Neil Simon classic. As he attempts to hook up with three women -- an ice princess (Sally Kellerman), a depressed-but-spunky housewife (Renee Taylor) and an outspoken actress (Paula Prentiss) -- all four grapple with dissatisfaction as they seek to understand the maddening nature of love.
