This action-adventure flick stars David Hasselhoff (sans swimsuit) as Jack Scott, an American photojournalist specializing in combat photography. Jack finds himself embroiled in a tangled web of intrigue and danger when he tries to help a beautiful woman search for her father (Rod Steiger), a U.S. soldier who's gone missing after being stationed in the Philippines.
