Lekin is the story of an unhappy ghost, Rewa (Dimple Kapadia), who haunts the palace of Raja Param Singh of Jasod. Samir (Vinod Khanna), the curator of the palace, is sent to salvage the valuables sealed within its walls; while there, he encounters the ghost. Rewa's ability to bring alive the past animates her own tragic story, which makes Samir determined to liberate her -- even at the risk of his own life.
