Hip-hop artist Doug E. Fresh stars as Sam Baker, a New York rapper turned activist who takes on corrupt state assemblyman Tony Dillon (Anthony Chisholm) in a bid to unseat the greedy politician, who's threatening to sell his district to the highest-bidding developer. Armed with his music, Baker rallies the community, making him a force to be reckoned with. Lisa Nicole Carson co-stars, with Starletta Jones as Mrs. Baker.
