Assigned to purge Chinatown of ruthless gangs, sword-wielding mercenary J.D. McCade (David Heavener) faces a tough personal dilemma in this action-packed film. After realizing that the chief of police is reluctant to stop the crime wave, the mayor recruits McCade to go after the gangsters. McCade sets out to bring peace to the community but must set aside his personal feelings when he discovers a childhood friend working for a crime boss.
