After her mother dies, Casey Stuart (Lindsay Lohan) pulls away from everyone in her life, including her father (Jere Burns). Feeling forlorn, Casey tries to resurrect her mom with a magic spell but instead brings to life one of her least-favorite toys: a statuesque Barbie clone (Tyra Banks). Things soon go from bad to worse when Casey's dad develops a crush on his daughter's living doll in this whimsical Disney fantasy.
