Legal assistant Dee Stanton (Jemma Redgrave) is happily engaged to teacher Dominic Milne (Robson Green). But 11 years ago, life wasn't so rosy: Dee's then-husband was convicted of murdering four women. When teenage son Jamie (Somerset Prew) discovers his father's legacy and a girl in his class is found brutally slain, startling comparisons are made. And as darker secrets are revealed, Dee is forced to relive the nightmare all over again.
