America's favorite talking tugboat, Little Toot, is back in this lively animated adventure. When Captain Dogwood mysteriously disappears at sea, his loyal pups Tina and Andy gather a brave group of friends to ride upon Little Toot and track down the marooned sailor. Facing a band of fierce cats and a terrible storm known as Typhoon Tessie, the friends must call on their courage to save Dogwood from the volcanic lava of Krackaninja.
