This double feature digs up two "forgotten" film noirs notable for their memorable plots and performances. In Loan Shark (1952), an ex-convict (George Raft) dons a disguise to infiltrate a gang of loan sharks who are terrorizing workers at a tire factory. Then, in Arson Inc. (1949), a fireman (Robert Lowery) goes undercover to break up a ring of greedy arsonists.
