Donald (Roy Werner) is devastated when his wealthy wife leaves him, taking all the money and his restaurant business with her. He decides to make a deal with his gardener, Miguel (Gerardo Mejia), who has just won the lottery. If Donald will marry Miguel's beautiful but irritating sister Catalina (Laura Elena Harring), guaranteeing her a green card, Donald will get his own brand-new restaurant, all expenses paid.
