When Logan Fallon (Eddie Cibrian) was just 10 years old, he had a premonition that something terrible was about to happen to his family. One night, when a group of men broke into his home and killed not only his lawyer father but his entire family, Logan was able to save himself from danger. Now much older, Logan sets out to exact revenge on those who murdered his family, and his ex-Army ranger uncle (Chuck Norris) is along for the ride.
