This installment of the gritty documentary series hosted by Robert Stack travels to the island of Sicily to trace the evolution of organized crime, focusing on the rise and fall of legendary mob boss Toto Riina. Known throughout the country as "The Beast," Riina became a key player in Sicily's highly profitable drug trade. Many murders later, the ruthless gangster assumed command of La Casa Nostra.
