When cousins Tura (Ricardo Molina), Pillo (Jose Caro) and Quique (Andres Salcedo) enter the United States illegally from Mexico, they soon find themselves among a sea of immigrant workers seeking a better life. Staying with an uncle and working as day laborers, each deals with the struggles of life in a new country differently, but when Quique reveals himself to be gay, they must come together to forge a new understanding.
