A cynical private detective named Worm (Takeshi Kaneshiro) is forced to look at the world a little differently when a woman (Kelly Chang) fighting leukemia hires him to look for a sailor (Michael Wong) whom she met long ago. Apparently, she and the seafaring Romeo made a profound connection, and now she wants to rekindle that spark. But can the wisecracking Worm actually rein in his usual instincts and commit to a case filled with heart?
